Venturers start up again

The Woy Woy Scout Venturer unit has started up again after a two-year recess.

The Scout Venturer unit is open to boys and girls aged between 14 and 18 years.

Activities include caving, abseiling, boating, hiking, camping and rock climbing.

Meetings are held at 6:30pm every Friday at the Scout Hall, 2 North Burge Rd, Woy Woy.

The Woy Woy Scout group is the oldest on the Peninsula, with 80th birthday celebrations planned for next year.
