Sponsored for weightlifting

Ron Laycock of Umina has sponsorship to the value of $250 to assist participation in the National Senior Weightlifting Championships held at Homebush on August 11 and 12.

The Central Coast Regional Organisation of Councils (CCROC) presented its latest contribution of funding on Wednesday, August 1, to help local people compete at sporting events.

Under the CCROC sponsorship, grants are available to help Central Coast residents participate in cultural and sporting events of a national, state and regional significance.
