Danita wins song contest

Empire Bay school student Danita Weatherstone has won a State-wide song contest.

Danita recently entered the Starvision Entertainment Amateur Song Competition held at Chatswood.

She came first in 11 years and under in NSW singing "Somewhere over the Rainbow".

Danita will contest the national final in November in Melbourne.
