RESI opens Central Coast office here

RESI Mortgage Corporation is to set up its Central Coast office in Railway St, Woy Woy.

RESI’s joint managing director Mr Peter James said that the company’s newly opened office in Woy Woy will form the "lynch pin" in a strategy to increase RESI’s profile in the area and enhance its local market share.

Components of the strategy include increased promotion and the establishment of closer ties with local estate agents, accountants and solicitors.

"RESI Mortgage Corporation is looking to triple its national lending volumes in the next 12 months and we see the Central Coast as an important part of that equation," said Mr James.

Mr James said two local representatives, Steve Kehde and Daryl Lynch, who offered local knowledge and finance experience, would staff the new Central Coast office.

Mr Khede said that one of the key advantages of having an office on the Central Coast is that it enabled RESI to take on a greater role in the local community and provides easier access to RESI’s products.

"We’re intent on providing borrowers with a personalised service which takes into account their particular needs – whether they’re after a home loan, an investment loan or a business loan," said Mr Kehde.

"We will also be able to undertake loan processing on the spot – providing a continuity of service and fast turnaround times for loan applications."
