Urban character DCP

Gosford Council has resolved to prepare and exhibit a Character Development Control Plan (DCP) with "character statements" for the Peninsula Precinct included the schedule.

The DCP arises from the recent Urban Design Framework study undertaken on the Peninsula.

Council was told that recommendations arising from the studies of the Peninsula precinct would be reported to Council at a later date.
