Congratulations on dog census
I must apologise to Irene Miller.
Obviously the dog census was carried out with great care.
I take a walk each morning and that is why I missed the caller.
Since the census, I have heard that an elderly lady was injured by a friendly dog which swam out to her while she was swimming and the Council have been informed of this sad incident.
Having had dogs both as a boy and later as an adult, I know how valuable they are as companions.
However with urban life changing, we must take a hard look at all pets and their impact.
Again my apologies to Irene Miller and my congratulations on the care she took with the census.
