Barbershop chorus competes

The Central Coast Leagues Club Barbershop Chorus, 10 of whose members come from the Peninsula, will be representing the Central Coast at the third Pan Pacific Barbershop Convention.

The convention, which incorporaties the Australian National Convention, will be held from September 14-17 in the Melbourne Concert Hall.

Competing will be well over 1000 singers made up of quartets and choruses from Australia, New Zealand, USA and Japan.

Two of the Central Coast Leagues Club Barbershop Chorus quartets have already qualified
