An alternative for overcrowded voters

The Central Coast is a special place to live, but overcrowding is seriously affecting it.

Roads, trains, water supply cannot cope, yet 10,000 more people are planned for the Peninsula.

In addition, the State Government has given developers the go-ahead for quick riches.

Developers make huge donations to both political parties.

The NSW ALP received $1 million from developers last electoral cycle.

Developers appeal to the Land and Environment Court when council refuses their development application (DA).

The Land and Environment Court is overly sympathetic to developers.

Council (and ratepayers) can't afford the cost of refusing DAs.

In a nutshell, this is how and why developers got the thumbs-up to rape the Central Coast and erode our lifestyle.

Clearly, a change is needed at State Government level.

Fortunately, Save Our Suburbs is making a determined bid to change the corrupt system and give voters an alternative.
