CAPS holds stall
Child Abuse Prevention Service workers set up a table at the Australia Day Celebrations held at Woy Woy on January 26.
Co-ordinator Ms Winsome Smith said: "There is no point in running a support service if the people who need us don't know about us, so we are always trying to reach the public.
"We are always in need of funds."
A raffle was held on the day and raised nearly $200.
Fishing competitions, organised by Denis Jenkins, were held in January and February.
At the January competition, two teenage boys won many of the prizes and having their photos in a local newspaper.
A raffle held by Rotary at the end of last year raised $481.
The prizes were a beautiful patchwork wall hanging and an iced Christmas cake, both made by Jenny Brock.
