Traffic signs requested

Nine residents of Taylor St, Woy Woy, have petitioned Gosford Council requesting the provision of a "no through road" sign on the corner of Meena Rd and Taylor St.

They also want a "no standing" sign in Taylor St, adjacent to Gurdon Reserve.

The petitioners stated that they had been requesting the No Through Road sign for about 10 years.

When vehicles try to reverse at the end of the street, they usually ended up in the drain, they said.

The petitioners also requested a no standing sign, as there were young children who chased balls out of the park who were unseen to motorists when cars were parked along the street.
