Bowling club holds reunion
Woy Woy Mens Bowling Club will hold a "Back to Woy Woy" day for all former Woy Woy bowlers on Saturday, June 2.
An afternoon of fellowship and top bowls is planned.

A recent honour for the club was the presentation of the Australian Sports Medal to their long-serving member, Jack Parkinson.
The medal was presented to Jack by RNSWBA senior vice-president Arthur Hutchison on behalf of the Governor-General, for "Jacks contribution to bowls within the zone and district".
Jack joined the club in 1968 and has held the positions of president, vice-president, board member, chairman of selectors and has given many hours in his 16 years as senior coach.
Woy Woy and the Everglades Country Club will join forces on the Queens birthday weekend to participate in a special bowling carnival.
On Saturday, June 9, starting at 10am, three games of 12 ends will be played each in the Ladies' turnaround triples (single entry) at Woy Woy and in the mens turnaround triples (single entry) at Everglades.
On Sunday, June 10, starting at 10am, mens, ladies' and mixed nominated triples, open draw, will each have three games of 12 ends played at Everglades.
Entry fee is $7 per person, including a sausage sizzle lunch, with $500 in cash prizes for each event.
The clubs pairs championship has now reached the final.
In the first semi-final, Gordon Craig and Sel Manuel 16 defeated. Les Maguire and Ray Wright 14.
In the second semi-final, Neil Williams and James Cook 38 defeated Ron Folley and Ron Hurst 6.
