Kerb and gutter

I wrote a letter to Gosford council the other day enquiring when kerb and guttering in Paton St, Woy Woy, west of Rawson Rd, was going to be done.

I was told that "kerb and guttering in Paton St is presently a low priority for funding and not expected to be undertaken for at least three years".

I would think that the residents of Paton St would be entitled to kerb and guttering sooner than that considering that rates are likely to be raised 7.5% for this reason.
