Projects receive sports funding

Three Peninsula projects have received funding from the NSW Sport and Recreation department under its capital assistance program.

Woy Woy Little Athletics will receive $3960 to construct long jump run-ups.

Umina Surf Life Saving Club will receive $1642 to Install security doors.

Gosford Council will receive $12,000 for amenities at Ettalong Oval.

Of 15 applications submitted through Gosford Council, 14 were successful with a total of more than $108,000 granted.
