Umina High SRC is elected

Umina High School has elected its representatives for the student representative council (SRC) for next year.

School principal Mr Pat Lewis said: "A record number of students nominated for the various positions."

Mr Lewis thanked all the students who nominated.

"All the nominees were excellent students," he said, "but unfortunately only one student can win each position on the SRC."

The full SRC for next year is Executive: Shane Wilson and Lauren Kelly as captains, Justin O'Donoghue and Renee Brisbin as Vice captains and Kody Brennan as publicity officer.

Other members are Scott Baker, Jessie Bovis, Rita Balshaw, David Hyde, Lisa Kennedy, Ben Hyndes, Kate Lilleyman, Kiera Pride, Corinne Law, Kara Shackleton, Michael Thorpe and Erin Stebbing.
