Appeal for Christmas gifts

The Coast Christian School is appealing to the wider community to give a gift to the needy at Christmas.

The Bensville school is asking members of the public to bring a new toy or book to place under a tree.

Anyone who would like to make a donation, large or small, is asked to hand them into the administration building during school hours.

Head teacher Mr Alan Reynolds said he would like to begin a tradition at the newly formed school of donating toys at Christmas to needy children.

All received gifts will be given to the Salvation Army for distribution.
