Guess to win a car

Woy Woy South Public School's P&C Association is running a guessing competition with a car as first prize.

All money raised will go to benefit the children at the school.

Possible projects include new turf in the infants' playground area; an asphalted play area for the infants; new books and computer software for the library; and some shade sails over the quadrangles to minimise sun exposure.

The prizes have been organised by Central Coast Motor Group from Daewoo and include a Daewoo Matiz car; a colour television and a video cassette recorder.

Fund-raising coordinator Karen Grosse has asked any local businesses who are prepared to put ticket books on their counters or buy some ticket books themselves to contact her.

The tickets are $2 each and the drawing date is December 12.
