League boys win 46-4

The Woy Woy Public School open boys rugby league team played its first game at the Westmont Sheild knockout competition against Point Clare school.

The boys scored a feast of tries, with Ryan Sainty scoring three tries, Reece Paget a try and a goal, Robbie McIntosh two tries and a goal, Shane Burraston a goal, Blake Mattei a try and a goal, Brad Smee a goal, and Ryan Maskill two tries and a goal. David Lam scored a great individual try after making a good break

The final score was 46-4.

Robbie McIntosh played a good captain's game and Blake Mattei played with brilliant half-back skills. The whole team played well.

The next game will be against the winner of the Bateau Bay-Copacabana match.
