Design a paver

Empire Bay Public School is encouraging everyone to help design a paver for the school's millennium path.

The children have all seen a sample of the paver and it has been left up to them to create their design.

The sample paver is available for viewing at the school office.

Additionally, the school is collecting items for a time capsule which staff will bury after the laying of the path.

"It is an exciting venture for all of us as we enter the new century. We hope everyone will join in making a little piece of school history, so in 25 years we can open our capsule and reflect on our life, our school and its changes," said school principal Mr Gordon Fraser.

Once payment has been made, an instruction sheet for design work will be supplied.

The original design will be sent away, duplicated and eventually returned as a paver for use in the path.
