Web site for changing careers

Looking for employment or thinking of changing careers?

The ET Australia website which can be found online at http://www.ozemail.com.au/~etaust1/ may provide the information that you require.

The organisation whose mission statement is "... to provide and develop products and services to enable individuals to achieve their full potential." certainly provides a website that keeps the mission statement alive.

The ET Australia home page is very quick to download and contains internal links to further information about the organisation, some of the organisation's employment programs and a page that has job vacancies.

Other internal pages allow employers to register job vacancies, and information about the Helping Early Leavers Program aimed at 15-24-year-old either still at school or unemployed.

If the local information is not enough, the site provides a multitude of external links to government sites and employment agencies.

Sites such as checking your employment award details at the Department of Industrial Relations or building a resume online are just two of the many external links that are provided.

ET Australia scores a rating of eight out of 10.

If your community organisation is on the Internet and would like your site reviewed, send the information including contact details to stephenmcnamara@start.com.au or mail to PO Box 532, Woy Woy 2256 or fax 4342 2071.
