One leaves, another joins

Ettalong Guides have had a new girl, Elizabeth, join the unit and another, Amanda Morrell, leave the unit.

Amanda has just turned 15 and must now leave the unit.

She intends to return to Ettalong as a junior leader next year.

A farewell for Amanda was held on the first week back this term.

The second week this month, the unit walked along the reserve to Woy Woy.

In the third week, craft, games and badge work were held at the hall.

On October 25, Ettalong Guides join with Guides from all over the Central Coast for a night of roller-skating.

The night is planned as a fancy dress birthday party to celebrate 8O years of Guiding.

On Saturday, October 28, the annual "Brownie Revels" will be held at Ettalong Beach, with girls from Pt Clare and Kariong joining Ettalong Brownie Guides.

Ettalong guide unit is looking for a leader. Ring Phyllis on 4341 2264 for more information.
