Concern over vandalism

Woy Woy Public School principal, Mr Warwick Hannon, has voiced his concern over recent vandalism at the school.

"Unfortunately, I write once more of vandalism in our school," he wrote in the school's newsletter, Namalata.

"This time intruders had the aid of bolt cutters and cut a number of padlocks throughout the school.

"They then broke into the school canteen, bolt cutting an entire security grill and stole a large amount of stock while generally ransacking the canteen.

"Other than the damage caused by these acts of vandalism, the frustration, inconvenience and extra work caused is significant."
