Family barbecue
The St Hubert's Island Residents' Association will host the St Huberts Day Family Barbecue on November 5.
The Island News, newsletter of the Association, said: "Join your fellow Islanders for this popular free sausage sizzle from 11.30am at Long Arm Reserve.
"There will be the annual Island Quiz for the coveted St Hubert's Island plaque as well as raffles for a large hamper and a meal for two at Holiday Inn Resort, Terrigal.
"We would also welcome donations to a stall to raise funds for the publication of our Island history book.
Craft items, cakes, preserves, plants and as-new books proved to be very popular last year.
