Presidents and captains honored

Everglades Country Club held a luncheon for its women's club past and present presidents and captains on Monday, September 15.

Mim McCutcheon was guest speaker, with 39 women attending, including presidents and captains of district clubs and members of the district committee.

Everglades also held its Golfers versus Bowlers day on Tuesday, September 16.

"This was a great day and although we were a bit snowed under, catching up with the field, it all worked out well in the end," Irene Quintrell said.

"Our ladies seemed to enjoy the bowls and I hope the bowling ladies enjoyed their golf," she said.
