Karen is sponsored

Karen King of Umina is one of eleven Central Coast athletes to have received $1750 to take part in the State Soccer Titles to be held at Nowra from October 7 to 10.

Karen King was among 17 Central Coast junior athletes and teams who were awarded grants ranging from $250 to $2500, and the only Peninsula resident.

Under the Central Coast Regional Organisation of Councils' "Sponsorship for Central Coast Residents by Gosford and Wyong Councils" policy, grants are available to help Central Coast residents to participate in cultural and sporting events of a national, state and regional significance.
