Students show concreting skills

Students studying construction and concreting were able to put their skills to use laying concrete slabs for tables and seating on Wednesday, September 10.

The seating adjacent to the Brisbane Water Secondary College Woy Woy campus school hall was completed by campus students with the help of teachers Mr Reynolds, Mr Brooks and Mr Louie.

"The boys were demonstrating their abilities and achievement of competencies as part of the construction course," principal Mr David Beattie said.

"I thank them for giving up their time last Wednesday and for completing another project to beautify the campus."

The boys were Year 12 students Mitchal Brown, Leigh Cassidy, Paul Cregan, Paul Daley, Lachlan Hardwick, Craig McEachern, Mitchell Ovenden, Cameron Skehan, Peter Stephen, Daniel S Williams, Jason Baker, Christopher Clewett, Craig Matthews, Chris Morison and Jeremy Phillips.
