School crossing is approved

Gosford Council has approved a school crossing outside Pretty Beach Primary School.

The crossing will mean a reduction in the number of car parking spaces available.

"It has come after many year of campaigning by community groups and the P and C to improve safety for students," said principal Ms Jill Godwin.

A meeting will be held next Tuesday afternoon from 3pm to discuss the crossing.
