Thanks from support group

Barnado's Central Coast Foster Care Support Group wishes to thank those who supported the IOOF Rebekah 96 group combined garage sale.

The day was well supported with plenty of donations.

Both organisations were able to assist Lifeline and the Smith Family.

In this troubled time for young people, this year's Christmas party is shaping up to be a "doozey."

Already 'Willy Wonka' will be in attendance and Santa will be making an appearance.

One more function has been organised, with Wazzas Music donating its services for a night at Ettalong Bowling Club on the October 11 at 7pm.

It is intended to be a fun night with the opportunity to show your talents by dressing up and taking part in the karaoke.

Final preparations for the night are still in the making. but there is a West Tigers signed jersey to be raffled with other prizes.

If there is any memorabilia in that cupboard that could be donated for prizes or auction, it would be greatly appreciated.

It has been rumoured Elvis, Boy George and Phantom of the Opera (Michael Crawford) are already putting their acts together!

For further information or donation, phone Louise on 4342 5350.
