Council matters!

The current policy of notification of development (and building) applications in the media and to adjoining property owners will soon be modified to exclude notification of "exempt and complying development" except under certain circumstances.

Director of Development/Environment: The Central Coast Health Service have some concerns regarding the use of ‘blue lights’. However, I will investigate and advise.
