Newspaper workshop

A workshop about "Writing for newspapers" will be held at the offices of Peninsula News at 6pm on Wednesday, July 25.

Led by Peninsula News editor Mark Snell, the workshop will examine newspaper writing style and the ways in which contributions are edited for publication.

"The workshop is open to the public and will be particularly relevant to anyone wanting to contribute to Peninsula News," said Mr Snell.

Those attending are invited to bring samples of their own work for editing.

The workshop will be free to Peninsula Newspaper association members and $15 to non-members.
