Sydney Ave upgrade planned

Gosford Council has endorsed plans for a proposed upgrade of Sydney Ave, Umina.

The planned works include kerb and gutter, a roundabout at the southern end in the Umina Surf Club carpark, indented bus bays and a raised threshold and pedestrian crossing at the northern end.

The plans were considered at the request of the manager of the council's design services unit.
