Locals enter Royal Show
This year's Royal Easter Show will feature 18 Peninsula residents and groups, according to publicity officer Mr Ben Connolly.
Entering the arts category from Woy Woy will be Danielle Wilson, Colleen Blackmore, Janice Green, Valda Smith and Jeanne Rooke.
Also entering the arts category will be Nancy Marchant and Joan McDonald of Ettalong Beach, Irene Thorpe and Thel Browne from Umina Beach, Marjke Greenway of Pearl Beach, Brianna Shaw of Empire Bay and Gail Steele of St Huberts Island.
Entering the dog exhibition will be M Kearney and C Fitzgerald, both of Woy Woy.
Mr T Knight of Umina will be entering cage birds in the exhibition while Jessie Castle will be exhibiting horse riding and horses.
Brisbane Water Secondary College Umina Campus has entered cattle in three classes of steer and carcase along with Donna Valley Limousins and River Glen Limousins.
The college has also entered the beef category and pig category, with R and H Cole.
Other exhibitors include S Jolly in the dog exhibition and R Dunn in the standard bred and thoroughbred horse exhibition.
The Sydney Royal Easter Show will run from April 7 to 20.
