Collection bins return

Lifeline Central Coast has resolved to return their collection bins to parts of the Peninsula.

"After an absence of approximately 15 months, Lifeline Central Coast has returned its collection bins to both Ettalong and Umina Uniting Churches and people are being asked to contribute good quality clean clothing, linen or Manchester," parish secretary Ms Annette Strong said.

Ms Strong said the proceeds from the sale through various Lifeline shops around the Central Coast financially supported the "tremendous work" of Lifeline including counselling facilities, the Suicide Helpline and the "Care-ring" service.

"Lifeline is a non-government agency and all assistance is greatly appreciated," Ms Strong said.
