There is also a short course option.
The short course option will have top competitors finishing in about two to three hours with other teams taking up to five hours.
The event is open to everybody, with a total of $10,000 in prizes on offer including $5000 cash.
Further information and entry details can be found at www.arocsport.com.au.
Entries close Tuesday, April 4.
AROC business owner Ms Alina McMaster said that with teams coming from all parts of Australia the competition would be intense.
"Some of Australia's best adventure racers will be coming from Tasmania while ex-surf lifesaver Guy Andrews will making his way from the Gold Coast to take part in the action," Ms McMaster said.
The NSW Ultimax Stingers from the NSW orienteering team are also expected to participate.
