Workshops for welfare curriculum
Woy Woy High School has organised a number of workshops and activities as part of its welfare curriculum.
Years 11 and 12 will undertake a compulsory 25-hour physical education, health and personal development course focussing on drugs and relationships.
Years 9 and 10 will view a play called Cheap Thrills, which focuses on youth and risk-taking activities.
Workshops will also be held on building positive relationships, drug issues, sexual health and career choices.
Years 7 and 8 activities will focus on anti-bullying techniques, conflict resolution and building positive relationships.
