Prizes for cakes and pies

Umina's Bremen Patisserie has won prizes in six categories at the Royal Easter Show bread, cake and pie judging.

Included in the prizes were two first-place results.

The patisserie won first and champion's prize in the International Bread Style category for its capsicum foccacia.

It also won first prize in the doughnut category.

Other prizes included two second prizes for the quiche and mud cake sections, and two third places for Danish pastries and strawberry torte.
