Band is 'up and running'

Umina High School's music department has announced that the school band is up and running again this year with the addition of three Year 7 students.

This year the band is looking forward to performing at venues such as retirement villages and nursing homes as well as primary schools.

The band is currently studying two pieces: Amazing Grace and the theme from Star Wars.
