Action on petitions

Council officers have released a quarterly report on action taken on petitions received by Council.

Three Brickwharf Rd residents in Woy Woy asked for an extension of the alcohol-free zone in their street.

Council agreed and is providing signage.

Council was asked by 171 petitioners to bring forward the reconstruction of Bourke Rd, between Barrenjoey Rd and Memorial Ave in Ettalong.

Council officers said the reconstruction is due next financial year and in the meantime regular maintenance will be carried out.
