Women discuss physical changes

The Woy Woy Older Women's Network will hold a forum to discuss physical changes in the older woman on April 7.

The forum, "Physical changes: What to expect and how to cope", will be conducted by social worker Jan Toually.

The forum will start at 10.15am and finish around 1pm at the Woy Woy Leagues Club and morning tea will be provided.

The forum is sponsored by the Koolewong Progress Association and entry is free.

However, a gold coin donation would be appreciated.
