Food donation to Mary Mac's Place
The Deepwater Older Women's Network has made a donation of food worth more than $400 to Mary Mac's Place in Woy Woy.
"We have been busy fund-raising and shopping for pantry basics which can be used for hampers for destitute and hungry people in our community," said Deepwater network secretary Ms Jennifer Brown.
"The kitchen was in full swing when we arrived on December 4, and it was reported that the number of people they feed and assist in the local community was growing in number every week due to cost of living pressures.
"Christmas is a time for family, friends and sharing."
