Women's bowls club celebrates 64 years
Umina Beach Women's Bowling club has celebrated its 64th birthday on its Presentation Day on Tuesday, November 28.
Members managed to get some bowls in before rain stopped play.
To fill in time before the luncheon, they held a trivia quiz.
After lunch, the presentations were made to the 2023-24 playing season winners.
Kerry Yates received the Encouragement Award.
It was then time to celebrate our 64th Birthday.
Members sang Happy Birthday and then president Gale Hill and life member Lesley Swales cut the cake, which was made by Yvonne Norman.
Members brought toys for Christmas to be distributed to families on the Peninsula by the Salvation Army.
