Holiday book fair at Pearl Beach
A Summer Holiday Book Fair will be held at the Pearl Beach Memorial Hall from 9am to 1pm on Thursday, December 28.
The book fair is organised by the Pearl Beach Progress Association with proceeds going
towards Pearl Beach initiatives and upkeep and maintenance of the hall.
Book fair co-ordinator Ms Alison Phillips said: "All books are good quality and include many popular authors.
"There is no better way to enjoy a Pearl Beach holiday than over a good book.
"This Pearl Beach Summer Holiday Book Sale promises to be the biggest and best ever."
The sale will include fiction, biographies, children's books, puzzles and DVDs.
She said there would be plenty "to keep you engrossed for hours while soaking up the sunshine over summer".
Ms Phillips is pictured sorting through the many books in preparation for the book fair.
The hall is located at 9 Diamond Rd, Pearl Beach.
