Arboretum association elects committee
The Crommelin Native Arboretum at Pearl Beach has elected its management committee for the coming year.
President is Ms Victoria Crawford, vice-president Mr Phil Rich, secretary Ms Mary Knaggs and treasurer Ms Frances Alter.
Ordinary committee members elected were Ms Gabby Crompton, Ms Marijke Greenway, Ms Carolyn Marks, Mr Robert Payne, Mr Gary Phillips, Ms Jennifer Price, Ms Rachel Shea, Ms Di Swalwell, Ms Mary van der Westhuyzen and Ms Bronwen Young.
The committee has announced that it intends "to keep developing the Arboretum Management Plan and Landscape Masterplan, as well as doing all the other great work we usually do".
It has encouraged people to join the Arboretum association as a member for $20 for 12 months and to consider joining the committee next year.
