Bus shelter decision

Gosford Council has decided to provide a parking shelter on Blackwall Rd, Woy Woy.

The shelter will be outside Peninsula Plaza to provide access to shopping for elderly passengers.

The request for the shelter came to the council from Woy Woy Peninsula Neighbourhood Service.

The council's traffic committee considered existing parking arrangements in the vicinity of the Peninsula Neighbourhood Centre to be satisfactory and recommended that no shelter should be built.
