Greatest words - please help me

Many suffer depression from marriage breakdown and the grief one feels from the loss of loved ones.

In your own mind, it is equivalent of them dying and the confusion of your mind will look for ways to relieve you of this pain.

So, if you are facing a situation or have similar feelings, do not think you are alone.

Ask for help from a professional in the field of mental illness or GP who will work with you to bring your world back to a rational level where you can cope a lot easier with the trauma of marriage/family breakdown.

I suffered but I luckily just found the right people at Central Coast Health Woy Woy mental health team because I was scared of what I could do to myself.

Fear and panic set in and I had run in a manic way to them begging for them to help me.

"Please help me" - those can be the greatest words you may ever speak.

Unfortunately, one man did not and now his children will not know their father while growing up.
