Environment plan drawn up

Pretty Beach Public School has started developing a Social Environment Management Plan with the assistance of Mark Attwool from the Rumbalara Environmental Education Centre at Gosford.

During the next two terms, students and teachers will analyse data collected in the school grounds to draw up action plans in the areas of resource use and waste management.

As this is a school priority this year, the school has been successful in gaining Federal funding to support the planning process.
