10/10 for service

Recently I purchased a garden arch from the Mitre10 store at Umina.

As their last Fathers' Day special was the floor model, I had to come back and pick it up just before closing time, so it could be dismantled.

Because the box was damaged, I received a bundle of frames neatly taped together and all the smaller pieces in a plastic bag.

The next morning when I could not make head nor tail of all the pieces, I phoned to ask for the box (even if damaged) to see the directions for assembly.

When the box could not be found, they said they'd send a man over to assemble the arch for me. The man who came was escorted by the manager.

In a very short time, we managed to sort out all the pieces and they assembled the arch and put it in place in the garden.
