School to offer market research

Woy Woy High is considering joining forces with a market research company to raise funds for the school.

A spokesperson for the school said: "The cost of running schools is ever increasing so a proposal put forward by one of the staff is to join forces with a market research company, that periodically needs test subjects to test a variety of consumer products such as food and soap.

"Woy Woy High would have to provide, at relatively short notice, a large number of people to participate in the market research and it would take about one hour."

"The testimonials from other groups which have entered such agreements have been quite positive.

"I hope the school and community will support the idea because it appears to be a fairly painless way of raising significant amounts of money."

Other schools on the Peninsula have adopted similar schemes to raise funds.
