Girls' touch footy

The open girls' touch football team from Woy Woy High School played The Entrance High School in a heated match.

It was a very close first half with some great defensive moves displayed by the Woy Woy girls. The Entrance only scored in the last minute of the first half to make the score 1-0.

Brooke Ferguson and Haley Oliver were outstanding, using their skill and experience on the field.

Newcomer Year 7 student Holly Johnstone had a great game and is one to watch in the future.

Overall the team just lacked the fire in a heated second half, falling to eventual winners the Entrance 5-0.
