Feet in the sea

Prompted by your article on November 4, today, for the first time in approximately 18 years, I paddled my feet in the sea.

I was aided by a beach wheelchair, given to Umina Surf Club by "Life without Barriers", by my carer and Ben, a fine young lifesaver - wonderful!

The sea has always been my joy, my physical and emotional stress outlet.

Now once more the circle is complete.
