State CWA visit

The State president on the Country Women's Association visited the Umina branch on November 3.

Mrs Ruth Shanks was escorted by past Northumberland group president Mrs Pat O'Brien to Umina.

Umina Beach president Mrs Loraine Denning welcomed Mrs Shanks to Umina, and this was followed by a light luncheon.

"All of our members were very pleased to meet Mrs Shanks," she said.
